RETURN POLICY

we offer a 14-day return policy for a refund (minus restocking fee).
PLEASE NOTE: Refunds are issued on the original method of payment. see below for full details.
please see our return eligibility criteria below before returning any items.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?

the following Eligibility Requirements must be met in order for an item to qualify for a refund:

  • the order was placed within the last 14 days. This date can be found in your order confirmation email. 
  • the product is in the same condition as when you received it.
  • the product is unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • the product is in its original packaging with price tags attached.

BY MAIL (Canada):

a return shipping fee of $9.90 per returned order applies and will be deducted from your reimbursement. your returned items must meet all eligibility criteria in order to be refunded. If you return an item that does not meet the eligibility requirements, kasics will not send it back to you.

  1. print the label yourself by clicking here or by going to www.canadapost.ca and entering return ID Number PR635686.
    note: If you cannot print the label, you may go to the post office with the PR number and they will print it out for you.
  2. pack the merchandise in its original condition with tags still attached.
    note: Please pack merchandise in a bag. Boxes will not be accepted.
  3. include a copy of your invoice in the package.
  4. drop off the package (with shipping label affixed) at a Canada Post location near you.
  5. once kasics has processed your refund on your original method of payment*, you will receive an email confirmation. *Some exceptions may apply

BY MAIL (USA and International):

a return shipping fee of $9.90 per returned order applies and will be deducted from your reimbursement. your returned items must meet all eligibility criteria in order to be refunded. If you return an item that does not meet the eligibility requirements, kasics will not send it back to you.

  1. please email: support@shopkasics.com with your order number to receive your return label.
  2. pack the merchandise in its original condition with tags still attached.
