Skirt not as expected

AFter hearing so many insta stories about the skirt, unfortunately it is way too long for me that i cannot wear it and i am 5"4, dont see anywhere indicated its made extra long. too bad it is a nice skirt … like why is it sooo long and maybe indicate that its made long
